Order problems
My shipping address is incorrect, what now?
Please contact us immediately with your correct address and order number. If possible, we will adjust your address before it is shipped. If the package has already been shipped and the package is lost, there is no way we can process a refund or replacement. Please note that this is a mistake on your part, but we will do our best to help you.
What is the shipping time?
Processing time:
Orders from the Netherlands and Belgium are processed within 0-1 working day (Monday to Friday).
Delivery time:
Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered no later than Wednesday.
Remark:
Shipping and return costs are not refunded during promotional periods. Delivery times may be delayed by unforeseen circumstances. For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium: 5-10 business days.

Are the products safe?
Absolutely, but we advise that the products we sell contain small parts that could be dangerous to children under the age of three. It is essential that parents or guardians supervise this product at all times when it is used near young children.
How quickly will you have stock back?
We replenish our stock monthly.
Are you also getting new products?
Yes, we are working on expanding our range.
Returns & Exchanges
What happens to the returned products?
All returned products are collected separately. You will always receive a brand new product.
When can I expect my refund?
In all cases, please allow up to 7 business days. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
What is the return policy?
You have the right to return products within 14 days after receiving the order. To be eligible for return, the products must meet our return conditions: no signs of use, all labels and accessories must be present and the packaging must be intact.
Can I exchange my purchase?
Yes, but only for a product of the same price. The product you purchased must also be in its original packaging, unopened, upon arrival. For shipping instructions, please contact us. Once we receive the package, we will ship the requested product.
Will you refund the shipping costs of my package if I return it?
We will only refund you the shipping costs if there is a defect in your purchase up to an amount of 10 EUR. If the shipping costs exceed this amount, you are responsible for the remaining amount.
